Selection of air source treatment components

1. Selection of models

Select appropriate products based on the required functions, such as air source triplets, air filter pressure reducing valves, air filters, air pressure reducing valves, and oil mist eliminators.

2. Selection of takeover caliber

According to the actual requirements of working pressure and flow rate, choose an appropriate connecting pipe diameter (diameter from 3 to 40).

3. Selection of air filter filtration accuracy

A general pneumatic control system with a filtration accuracy of 50um is sufficient.

4. Determination of airflow direction

The installation sequence of the air source triple unit is to connect the air filter, air pressure reducing valve, and oil mist collector in sequence from the air source inlet end. The arrow direction "▸" on the component shell is the direction of airflow flow.

5. Selection of pressure reducing valve

Choose a suitable pressure reducing valve according to the pressure requirements, and generally choose a pressure of 3/2 of the regulating range. Try to avoid using the lower limit of the regulating range as much as possible.

6. Selection of lubricating oil for oil mist atomizers

Suggested lubricating oil ISOVG32.

7. Installation of Triple Pieces

When installing the triple unit, it should be installed vertically, with the water and oil cups of the air filter and oil mist collector facing downwards. And pay attention to regularly draining water and adding lubricating oil.
