With the rapid development of China's aluminum industry, the demand for intelligence in the aluminum electrolysis production process is becoming increasingly high. As an important equipment, the research and application of intelligent aluminum electrolysis shell breaking device is of great significance. The casing cylinder and system on the electrolytic cell of the aluminum plant's electrolytic aluminum workshop developed by our company are used to open a hole on the hard shell surface of the electrolyte in the electrolytic cell, so as to add aluminum oxide and fluoride raw materials for electrolysis. In the production process of electrolytic aluminum, the hammer head frequently (once per minute) comes into contact with electrolytes at high temperatures (960-1000 ℃), and a conventional control method of multiple groups is used to improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and reduce safety hazards. Our aluminum industry casing cylinders and supporting equipment produced and sold by our company have won widespread praise in the industry for their excellent performance, reliable quality, and perfect service. Currently, our products have been distributed to more than 80 aluminum factories across the country.
